What to expect during
the 30 day jump start
Begin your journey with a live kick-off via Zoom to review your client intake and discuss your goals and challenges with your coach. Together with your coach you'll decide which skills and daily actions to focus on throughout the program.
At the mid-way point of the program you'll have another live check-in via Zoom with your coach to review your program, work through any challenges and update any skills or daily actions.
At the conclusion of the program you'll have a final live check-in via Zoom to review your program, celebrate your progress and set you up for success moving forward.
Communication will occur daily via the integrated coaching app. Throughout the program your coach will review your daily food journal as well as your completed daily actions and selected practices. Your coach will give feedback and answer any questions.

While everyone's knowledge and skill set surrounding nutrition is different, we will work together to choose the necessary skills and practices to achieve your goals. Some of the skills and practices may include:
1. How to choose foods to meet your goals.
2. How to eat the right amount of food for your goals.
3. How to easily judge portion sizes.
4. How to track your food intake and stay consistent.
5. How to make adjustments for continual results.

Can I choose the food in my program?
With our help, you will be choosing all of the food in your program. We will show you how to reach your goals without giving up the foods that you like. But our science-based coaching method does more than just teach you how to eat better. You’ll gain knowledge, control, and the confidence that comes with knowing you’re capable of anything.
Can you help me if I follow a Keto diet?
Yes, we can provide a customized nutrition program for Ketogenic, Paleo, Mediterranean, Vegetarian, Plant-based, or any other dietary preferences.
How do I contact my coach?
You will be able to contact your coach anytime through our online coaching platform, with options to connect by phone, text or video chat.
Is there a way to make changes to my program?
Your coach will review your progress, offer insights, and check-in with you to provide support and guidance. In addition, about every two weeks you'll have a virtual check-in to discuss your progress, highlight your successes, address challenges, and make any program adjustments.
How do I track my progress?
The program tracks everything from your measurements to your consistency, so you can see just how much progress you’ve made. You can view your progress anytime through the online coaching platform.
