Join us for a workout and stick around afterward to catch up with our Fit Crew members. The Workout: This 45-minute High Intensity Interval Training group workout is welcome to all levels. Total body strength and conditioning exercises will get your heart racing and your muscles burning. What you need: Towel, mat, water bottle (weights are optional) How to access: You will receive a private Zoom link via email once signed up. How many people can attend: This workout is limited to 20 participants. Share this with a friend that you haven't seen in a while to workout with!
Workout/session cancellations must be made at least 8 hours in advance. Failure to cancel the booking (via your member account portal in "My Bookings") will result in forfeiture of the session.
