Join us for a free virtual community workout. Whether you are just starting out on your fitness journey or are looking to rekindle that flame, our community workout will help to motivate and inspire you. The Workout: This 45-minute High Intensity Interval Training group workout is welcome to all levels. Total body strength and conditioning exercises will get your heart racing and your muscles burning. What you need: Towel, mat, water bottle (weights are optional) How to access: You will receive a private Zoom link via email once signed up. How many people can attend: This workout is limited to 20 participants. Share this with a friend that you haven't seen in a while to workout with!
Workout/session cancellations must be made at least 8 hours in advance. Failure to cancel the booking (via your member account portal in "My Bookings") will result in forfeiture of the session.
