Service Description

Think you need a gym to get fit and strong? Think again! This live group strength workout will build your strength, harden your muscles and kick your confidence into high gear. Each strength-focused workout is different and uses a variety of proven muscle building exercises and techniques to keep the workouts fresh, fun and challenging. Bodyweight progressions as well as weighted options are provided for each exercise.

Cancellation Policy

Workout/session cancellations must be made at least 8 hours in advance. Failure to cancel the booking (via your member account portal in "My Bookings") will result in forfeiture of the session.
