Are you ready to transform your body? This live group conditioning workout combines total-body fat-blasting conditioning intervals and core. Each conditioning-focused workout targets different energy systems in order to increase cardiovascular fitness and improve body composition. Beginner to advanced progressions are provided for each exercise. The class sizes are capped at 10 clients to allow for personal attention with the added benefit of group accountability.
Workout/session cancellations must be made at least 8 hours in advance. Failure to cancel the booking (via your member account portal in "My Bookings") will result in forfeiture of the session.
