Looking for a more efficient way to get in your cardio? Join to get our 30 Day Jump Rope Challenge that will get you fitter in less time all while keeping you consistent. These jump rope workouts take less than 20 minutes and can be added to your current fitness routine, as a warmup at the beginning of your workout or as a workout finisher. The workouts are simple enough to do from home, a park or almost anywhere. Jumping rope is an efficient total body cardio exercise that targets both the upper and lower body while improving cardiovascular endurance and blasting calories. Jumping rope can burn as many calories as running, but in half the time. It is an awesome exercise that when added to your fitness routine will help you get in shape faster.
