Improve your range of motion and recover quicker from workouts with our Recovery sessions. Follow our weekly programming or choose a workout with a particular focus such as strength or conditioning.

Live Online Workouts

Live-streamed coach-led workouts in an online group class. Our Bodywork workouts provide a perfect combination of strength and cardio. 90 DAY SHRED TO WED

Get in great shape and look and feel your best on your wedding day. Workout from anywhere with up to 12 members of your wedding party with our live private group workouts. Coach Tricia will take you and your wedding party through weekly 45-minute total body workouts while proving feedback on form and motivating you to maximize results.

Tricia pours her love of and passion for fitness and helping others into every workout she leads. With contagious energy and consistent devotion to wellness, her clients benefit from her unwavering enthusiasm toward healthy living. By dedicating herself to an active lifestyle Tricia has transformed her life, mindset, and body by losing 125 pounds.

As a woman who has struggled with her weight and body image, Tricia understands many of the things that hold people back from pursuing an exercise routine. She is eager to work with you to push through your barriers and achieve things that once seemed impossible. She believes that one must maintain a positive mindset and vision while taking action toward specific goals. Tricia advocates a plant-based diet and believes that food should be used for fueling the body.

Tricia has a background in teaching and experience training clients of all ages and fitness levels in both personal and group fitness environments. She fosters a family-like community; where limits are pushed and PR's are achieved and celebrated. You can expect a combination of bodyweight resistance and high-intensity training to help you look and feel your best while transforming your body from the inside out.

Tricia is a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach and holds multiple nationally recognized fitness certifications including, AFAA Group Fitness Instructor, Orangetheory Fitness Coach and TRX Trainer (Suspension and Group).

 
 

Not only are the workouts challenging, but I'm able to stay safe and keep up with my fitness routine while working out from home.
