As a woman who has struggled with her weight and body image, Tricia understands many of the things that hold people back from pursuing an exercise routine. She is eager to work with you to push through your barriers and achieve things that once seemed impossible. She believes that one must maintain a positive mindset and vision while taking action toward specific goals. Tricia advocates a plant-based diet and believes that food should be used for fueling the body.
Tricia has a background in teaching and experience training clients of all ages and fitness levels in both personal and group fitness environments. She fosters a family-like community; where limits are pushed and PR's are achieved and celebrated. You can expect a combination of bodyweight resistance and high-intensity training to help you look and feel your best while transforming your body from the inside out.
Tricia is a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach and holds multiple nationally recognized fitness certifications including, AFAA Group Fitness Instructor, Orangetheory Fitness Coach and TRX Trainer (Suspension and Group).
